A little bit about me
I’m just a regular guy who completely ignores the self-imposed limits we set ourselves. Here are but a few highlights of my life so far:
— My first two companies failed
— My third succeeded, and I sold it at 31 years old
— I beat the Guinness World Record for the most burpees in 12 hours - completing 5234 burpees
— I failed to beat my second Guinness World Records for the most burpees in 1 hour
— I raised close to $140,000 for Sarcoma cancer research, the cancer that took my brother’s life

All my brother wanted was 7 more days
THE POWER OF 7 DAYS
We’ve all lost loved ones. The hardest experience of my life was losing my brother Ced when he was only 27. He died of a soft tissue Sarcoma cancer, a rare and aggressive cancer.
During his gruelling 9-month battle against cancer, he taught me many lessons. The most poignant one came in his last week when he taught me the power of 7 days.
How fast did the last 7 days go by? We take 7 days for granted. Yet all my brother wanted was 7 healthy days to enjoy life with his loved ones. His lesson on the power of 7 days changed my life.
